Inside, the unit features pine shiplap-style walls, LED lighting, luxury vinyl flooring, a complete kitchenette with cabinetry, induction cooktop space, sink and storage, and an open living and sleeping area designed for flexible furniture and bunk systems. The 12-foot garage is built with rugged finishes, electrical access, and allows storage of gear, tools, or vehicles, with the option to convert it into a full bedroom.
The front half of the cabin provides the primary living zone with space for a couch, table, wall-mounted TV, and sleeping arrangements. The kitchenette runs along one wall with cabinetry above and below, while a private bathroom includes a shower with glass doors, floating vanity, toilet, and ventilation. The rear garage is accessible from a steel security door and is fully insulated, making it ideal for equipment or conversion into a master bedroom. Proper airflow, electrical distribution, and lighting ensure operational comfort whether used seasonally or full-time.
Customers can upgrade nearly every part of the cabin, including rooftop deck installation, deck-ready bracket welding, partial exterior cladding, custom camouflage paint, built-in bunk beds, security shutters, a deer extension pole system, and wood-burning stove vent preparation. Additional off-grid packages include a 100-gallon water tank, pump system, deep-cycle power setup, and expanded sleeping configurations. Interior materials, wall styles, and layout adjustments can be selected based on the customer’s intended use and environment.
The base structure uses a one-trip 40ft high cube container with structural reinforcement, luxury vinyl flooring, drywall and shiplap wall finishes, and spray-foam insulation across walls and ceilings. The HVAC system includes a 12,000 BTU ductless mini-split for heating and cooling. Plumbing is built with PEX water lines and PVC drainage designed for RV hookups or direct sewer connection, supported by a propane tankless water heater. Electrical service includes external plug-in connections, internal outlets, recessed LED lighting, and a main breaker panel. The rooftop deck and other upgrades use composite decking, treated framing, aluminum railing, and a steel spiral staircase when selected.
