Built from two 40FT High Cube one-trip containers reinforced with structural steel. Includes residential vinyl sliding doors, casement windows with screens, and insulated walls, floors, and ceilings using spray foam. Integrated HVAC utilizes two 12,000 BTU ductless mini-split systems. Electrical systems include recessed LEDs, full outlets, exterior hookups, and a 27KW tankless water heater. Plumbing uses PEX and PVC with greywater and blackwater connections ready for RV or sewer systems. Optional rooftop deck uses composite decking, aluminum railings, and a steel spiral staircase with on-site finishing as required for shipping.
