This 40 ft container restroom brings capacity, durability, and practical storage together in one high-performance mobile unit. With seven stalls, fast production timelines, and an integrated storage room, it delivers commercial utility without compromising reliability. ADA upgrades and climate-specific engineering are available upon request.
This unit combines a seven-stall restroom layout with a dedicated storage space, offering streamlined utility inside a reinforced 40 ft steel container shell. It supports ADA upgrades, includes commercial-grade exhaust systems, uses epoxy flooring for durability and easy maintenance, and features insulated walls and ceilings built around closed-cell spray foam. Fast delivery is standard, and exterior finishing can be customized through color options, primer, and protective enamel coatings.
The restroom side consists of seven standard stalls positioned for efficient movement and airflow. Each stall includes a commercial toilet, metal door with louvered vents, and wall-mounted exhaust ventilation. The optional ADA stall increases interior space, adds handrails, and incorporates a wider entrance for compliance. The storage room sits at the end of the unit, offering over 100 square feet of space for supplies, tools, cleaning equipment, or operational inventory. Electrical panels, outlets, lighting systems, and plumbing stub-outs are arranged for straightforward site integration.
Clients may select an ADA-compliant stall, modify insulation thickness according to climate, adjust colors and finishes, and upgrade water heating with a high-performance 36 kW tankless system. Additional electrical or plumbing configurations can be made depending on site requirements. The exterior can be finished in any chosen color, and interior materials can be adapted to specialized environments.
The foundation of this restroom unit is a new 40 ft by 8 ft by 9.5 ft high-cube container engineered for stability and long-term use. It includes seven stalls by default, with one upgradeable to ADA if needed, and a separate storage section measuring approximately 12 ft 9 in by 8 ft. Interior partition walls use insulated framing finished with FRP panels, while the ceiling is sealed with closed-cell spray foam rated at R-30. Wall insulation is rated at R-13, and the floor includes R-7 insulation for consistent performance. A 200-amp electrical panel powers LED lighting, fans, outlets, and external flood lights. Commercial-grade doors and welded frames ensure durability, while epoxy flooring provides easy cleaning. Exhaust ventilation, commercial toilets, and plumbing systems are built to standard MEP practices, including wall discharge and riser venting. Exterior coated enamel paint and primer provide long-term protection.
