The Horizon Forty Residence merges two premium 40ft high cube containers into a spacious, architect-grade living environment built for comfort, performance, and design freedom. Its wide interior footprint allows full residential layouts, panoramic glass fronts, and sophisticated interior finishes. Ideal for private homes, rentals, studios, and commercial applications that demand modern aesthetics with steel-built strength.
The Horizon Forty Residence is crafted by merging two brand-new 40ft high cube steel modules into a reinforced double-width structure, unlocking large interior zones suited for contemporary living. Its exterior can be finished in weatherproof coatings or architectural cladding, while double-glazed tempered glass windows bring in natural light across the entire front span. Inside, the home features composite flooring, bamboo fiberboard wall panels, premium veneer trims, quartz kitchen surfaces, and insulated construction designed to handle diverse climates with ease. Every room is engineered for practical comfort and long-term residential use.
The dual-module layout creates a broad, open living core that connects seamlessly to kitchen, lounge, and bedroom zones. Large sliding glass doors form a bright entry that flows directly into the main living area, ideal for relaxation or social gatherings. The kitchen zone includes plumbing and electrical presets for modern appliances, while bedrooms can be arranged as a master suite, dual-room configuration, or multifunctional spaces. Bathrooms feature waterproofing, shower enclosures, premium fixtures, and ventilation. The structure also supports additional layouts such as lofts, extended window walls, or elevated roofing concepts depending on project needs.
Clients can personalize both interior and exterior elements extensively. Exterior choices include custom colors, cladding combinations, expanded glass sections, camo finishes, or rooftop deck integration. Inside, options range from upgraded flooring and cabinetry to full kitchen installations, expanded bathrooms, lighting packages, smart-home wiring, and room reconfigurations. Off-grid upgrades, alternative insulation packages, and commercial-use adaptations are also supported, giving full freedom to shape the home to its environment and purpose.
The structure consists of two new 40ft high cube containers measuring L12192×W2438×H2896mm each, combined into a double-wide formation. Construction uses corrugated high-strength steel panels with welded reinforcement and steel-framed partitions. Insulation includes polyurethane spray foam at exterior walls and ceilings, rockwool batts internally, and 50mm insulated flooring with thermal break. Exterior finishes feature long-life waterproof coatings. Windows and doors use double-glazed tempered glass in aluminum frames with keyed locks and insect screens. Interiors include composite wood flooring, bamboo fiberboard wall and ceiling panels, LED lighting, and premium trim elements. Kitchens are built with quartz countertops, waterproofing, ceramic splash panels, and preset lines for plumbing and electrical. Bathrooms include waterproofing, shower room, vanity, toilet suite, and accessory kit. Electrical systems include preset distribution points, lighting circuits, network interfaces, and air-conditioning wiring.
