Its exterior can be finished in weatherproof coatings or architectural cladding, while double-glazed tempered glass windows bring in natural light across the entire front span. Inside, the home features composite flooring, bamboo fiberboard wall panels, premium veneer trims, quartz kitchen surfaces, and insulated construction designed to handle diverse climates with ease. Every room is engineered for practical comfort and long-term residential use.

The dual-module layout creates a broad, open living core that connects seamlessly to kitchen, lounge, and bedroom zones. Large sliding glass doors form a bright entry that flows directly into the main living area, ideal for relaxation or social gatherings. The kitchen zone includes plumbing and electrical presets for modern appliances, while bedrooms can be arranged as a master suite, dual-room configuration, or multifunctional spaces. Bathrooms feature waterproofing, shower enclosures, premium fixtures, and ventilation.
